What the plugin receives

When ChatGPT calls a tool, the service receives the tool arguments needed for that action: your brand name, industry, presentation color, and strategy statements. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

How information is used

The service uses those inputs to validate the strategy and generate presentation files. It does not call model or audio APIs, access website accounts, read Firebase customer records, or connect to Stripe. It does not use strategy inputs for advertising or intentionally log request bodies.

Storage and infrastructure

Strategy arguments and generated files are processed in memory for the request. The service does not maintain a database of your strategy or persist generated files. The export page may receive approved strategy data in a URL fragment, which is not sent in the initial HTTP request; it removes that fragment from the current address before requesting an export. Export requests send the strategy to this same service in the request body.

Vercel hosts this service and may process network/request metadata and infrastructure logs under its privacy policy. Vercel runtime/request logs may be available to the operator for up to 30 days under its published observability limits; the actual window depends on the hosting plan. Vercel’s own security and service metadata retention is governed by its policy. This is separate from the strategy content processed only in memory for the request.

ChatGPT and downloads

Your conversation and information shared through ChatGPT remain subject to OpenAI’s policies and account settings. A compatible host may handle exported files through its file APIs. Otherwise, downloads are generated through the dedicated export page. Files saved to your device remain there until you remove them. The plugin does not control ChatGPT conversation retention.

Your choices

You can stop using or disconnect the plugin through ChatGPT settings and remove your conversations/files through the relevant ChatGPT or device controls. Contact us for questions about service-side data. Public review examples on this site use the fictitious Northstar studio and contain no customer strategy.
