Terms of use

Effective October 18, 2026 · Brand Strategist ChatGPT plugin pilot

Service and publisher

Ebaqdesign LLC provides a guided brand strategy framework, layout validation, and presentation exports. This pilot does not process purchases or change existing website subscriptions. Use through ChatGPT is also subject to your applicable OpenAI terms and account limits.

Your material

Submit only material you are entitled to use and share for this purpose. The service does not take ownership of your supplied strategy content. Exported presentations include the existing Brand Strategist template and its creator attribution; exporting a strategy does not transfer ownership of the underlying template artwork.

Review your output

Strategy drafts and presentation exports require your review. Check accuracy, claims, wording, formatting, and rights before sharing or using them. The tools validate layout, not the truth of business claims. No particular commercial outcome is promised.

Availability and boundaries

This is a pilot. Features and availability may change, and you should keep your own exported copies. There is no server-side saved-project service in this version. Do not submit secrets or misuse the service to access others’ information, interfere with the endpoint, or violate applicable rights or laws.
